- If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping (usually between $5 and $12 for domestic orders).

- At this time, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges due to the small scale of our operations. We hope to expand our flexibility as we grow, but for now, this approach allows us to keep our small business running at a sustainable pace.
