Thank you so much for supporting our small business! As a small, independently run shop, we operate on a limited scale, and each order is handled with great care. Because of this, we’re not able to offer the same return flexibility as larger retailers. However, we always want you to feel good about your experience with us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Here’s what you need to know:
🔸 Returns Must Be Requested Within 14 Days of Delivery
We accept returns on eligible items when a return request is submitted within 14 days of the order delivery date and approved by our team.
To initiate a return request, please email info@healingheartsandcrafts.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
🔸 Eligible Returns
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging and components intact.
- Arrive back to us free from damage or excessive wear.
- Be returned only after receiving prior authorization from us.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
🔸 Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us evaluate the issue, please email us with:
- Your order number (included in the subject line)
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package
- Photos of the shipping label
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with you to determine the best resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or a refund issued to your original payment method.
🔸 Restocking Fees
Depending on the condition of the returned item upon inspection, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount before it is issued.
🔸 Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective item.
Gift cards (including e-gift cards) are non-refundable, final sale, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
🔸 Gift Cards (Including Physical and E-Gift Cards)
Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Once issued, gift cards are considered final sale and may only be used toward eligible purchases on our website.
If a physical gift card is lost or stolen after delivery, we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
If an e-gift card email is misplaced or the code is lost, we can resend the original gift card details to the email address used at purchase, or to the original purchaser upon verification. Please contact us at info@healingheartsandcrafts.com for assistance.
For security reasons, we are not responsible for gift card use in cases where access to the code has been shared, forwarded, or compromised after delivery.
🔸 Unsellable Returns
Items returned in a damaged, altered, used, opened, or otherwise unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund.
If a returned item is determined to be unsellable upon inspection, no refund will be issued.
🔸 Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
If a return is sent without our prior written approval, no refund will be issued. If you would like the item returned to you, you may be responsible for the shipping cost required to send it back.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, refunds typically appear within several business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
