Thank you so much for supporting our small business! As a small, independently run shop, we operate on a limited scale, and each order is handled with great care. Because of this, we’re not able to offer the same return flexibility as larger retailers. However, we always want you to feel good about your experience with us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Here’s what you need to know:


🔸 We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, as each item is stocked, made, packed, and/or prepared in small batches and/or with limited resources.


🔸 If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out via email.
We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Please email us (include your order # in the subject line) and provide photos of your order contents, the shipping package, and the shipping label, along with an explanation of your concern. After evaluating, if a refund is preferred, it will be issued back to your original payment method — typically within 1–2 business days of our agreement. Otherwise, we can arrange a replacement.


🔸 Used or damaged items cannot be returned.
As a small operation, we’re unable to accept general returns of any used, damaged, or otherwise returned items in less-than-original condition.


🔸 In rare cases, a general return or exchange may be approved.
If your order arrived in perfect condition but a return is requested, we may—on a case-by-case basis—approve it via email. If approved:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of your order date.

  • It must arrive in original, unused condition, with all packaging and parts intact.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.


🔸 Unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
If a return is sent without our prior written approval, no refund will be issued. If you’d like the item back, you may choose to cover the shipping cost for us to send it back to you.
