Because of this, we’re not able to offer the same return flexibility as larger retailers. However, we always want you to feel good about your experience with us, and we're here to help if something isn't right.

Before placing your order, we invite you to take a moment to read through the shipping details below. It helps us ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, with no surprises along the way.

Shipping Details

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
• We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after any applicable discounts) within the continental United States.
• Free shipping applies only to USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.
• Gift Wrapping: We offer optional gift wrapping for $4.99 per order, which can be selected during checkout. If gift wrapping is added to your order, we will carefully package your items to make them ready for gifting
  
• We process orders within 24–48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship on the next business day.
• Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or other delivery issues.
• If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping (usually between $5 and $12 for domestic orders).

Returns & Exchanges

As a small, independently run shop, every order is packed with care and attention. While we’re unable to offer the same return flexibility as larger retailers, we do accept returns on eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order delivery date.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned undamaged and with any original packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  
• Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable once your order has been prepared or shipped

To initiate a return request, please email us at info@healingheartsandcrafts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please note that products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Digital Products

Our shop offers select digital products that are delivered electronically.

• No physical product will be shipped. Digital files are made available for download immediately after your purchase is completed.
• Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. Digital downloads are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase has been completed.
• If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact us at info@healingheartsandcrafts.com. We'll be happy to assist you in accessing your files or resolving any technical issues.
• Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, digital products are licensed for personal use only. They may not be edited, resold, shared, redistributed, or used for commercial resale in any form. All digital designs and files are protected by copyright.

Restocking Fees

Depending on the condition of the returned item upon inspection, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount before it is issued.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective item.

Items returned in a damaged, altered, used, or otherwise unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is determined to be unsellable upon inspection, no refund will be issued.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above may not qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and do our best to make things right.

You will receive a tracking number via email 1–2 business days after your order ships. You can use the USPS or UPS tracking tools to monitor your package.
