When you shop with Healing Hearts & Crafts LLC, you’re supporting a labor of love built from the ground up. Every order is lovingly packed by hand with thought and warmth. We value each customer deeply, and our goal is to make sure your experience is not only smooth but also full of heart from start to finish.
As a small, independently run shop, we operate on a limited scale (carrying small quantities of each product), and each order is handled with great care. Because of this, we’re not able to offer the same return flexibility as larger retailers. However, we always want you to feel good about your experience with us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Before placing your order, we invite you to take a moment to read through the shipping details below. It helps us ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, with no surprises along the way.
Shipping Details
- We process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship on the next business day.
- Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or any other delivery issues.
- If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping (usually between $5 and $12 for domestic orders).
Returns & Exchanges
- At this time, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges due to the small scale of our operations. We hope to expand our flexibility as we grow, but for now, this approach allows us to keep our small business running at a sustainable pace.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or certain U.S. territories.
