We value each customer deeply, and our goal is to make sure your experience is not only smooth but also full of heart from start to finish.

As a small, independently run shop, we operate on a limited scale, carrying small quantities of each product, and each order is handled with great care. Because of this, we’re not able to offer the same return flexibility as larger retailers. However, we always want you to feel good about your experience with us, and we're here to help if something isn't right.

Before placing your order, we invite you to take a moment to read through the shipping details below. It helps us ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, with no surprises along the way.

Shipping Details

• We process orders within 24–48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship on the next business day.
• Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or other delivery issues.
• If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping (usually between $5 and $12 for domestic orders).

Returns & Exchanges

As a small, independently run shop, every order is packed with care and attention. While we’re unable to offer the same return flexibility as larger retailers, we do accept returns on eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order delivery date.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned undamaged and with any original packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return request, please email us at info@healingheartsandcrafts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please note that products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Restocking Fees

Depending on the condition of the returned item upon inspection, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount before it is issued.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective item.

Items returned in a damaged, altered, used, or otherwise unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is determined to be unsellable upon inspection, no refund will be issued.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above may not qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and do our best to make things right.

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or certain U.S. territories.
